If for any reason you are not happy with any items purchased from us and wish to return them, simply contact us to arrange to return the items and we will give you a full refund, exchange, or replacement, whichever you prefer, as long as the following conditions are met:
Items are returned within the 14 day cooling off period
Items are in brand new condition, unopened with all original packaging
Please note that when returning an item it is your responsibility to get the item to us in good condition, and we will not be able to refund postage charges, unless of course the products arrive faulty or in error – then we will cover the postage costs.
